Relationship Building: How to Express Your Needs and Get What You Want
Do you want to get closer to your partner? Do you feel that you have a strong relationship, but want to make it even better? Are you in a tough spot in your relationship, and need to find ways to improve it?
If you are like many couples, arguments occur when one person feels blamed by the other. The person who feels blamed becomes defensive. People get angry, and an argument ensues.
There’s another way. Instead of blaming your partner, you can state your needs. When you state your needs, instead of pointing the finger at your partner, you tell your partner what is important inside of YOU. We’ll show you how to do this. And you can use this strategy the next time you have an issue with your partner.
Fee: 12.00/Individual or couple.
