Qualified applicants will be trained in our Resolve Conflict Management System. Resolve is a 20 hour course, conducted over zoom in small groups over the course of 2 months. In this face-to-face interactive course, you will learn how to transform virtually any conflict into a form of collaborative problem solving. Training will consist of instruction, readings, modeling, supervised conflict management with others, and learning between sessions with others in the course. At the end of training, you will receive a Resolve Conflict Management Certificate.
We are offering free training to people who are interested in bringing their conflict resolution skills and values into their local spheres of influence — to model and show others how to transform conflict, build closer relationships, and bridge social divides.
People who receive a Resolve Conflict Management Certificate will be qualified to receive additional training to learn to become a Resolve Conflict Management Trainer. Depending on their training, Resolve Conflict Management Trainers will be eligible to reach Conflict Management courses to:
